The following provisions establish the general conditions of services offered by Nature Reserve CRT Costarricense SA on its website at the following address: www.costaricanationaltours.com

In Naturaleza Costarricense CRT SA invite you to read carefully the following terms and we say that the conditions mentioned below are only valid in the absence of special terms in writing and accepted by Costa Rica National Tours.

ARTICLE 1 – Objective

ARTICLE 2 – Contract Documents

This contract is formed by its terms and conditions of booking and in descending order of legal values.

ARTICLE 3 – Applicable law

The parties agree that this contract is subject to the North American and European laws on electronic reserve and the laws of Costa Rica in this regard.

ARTICLE 4 – Features travel and service

NATURALEZA COSTARRICENSE CRT SA communicates the essential characteristics and key points that make the delivery. NATURALEZA COSTARRICENSE CRT SA invites the traveler to read them carefully.

ARTICLE 5 – Price

Prices are quoted in dollars and euros. If travelers want the price to become another currency, please notify NATURALEZA COSTARRICENSE CRT S.A in this address.

ARTICLE 6 – Confirmation of Booking

Initially, travelers fill out the online form. Within 48 hours, NATURALEZA COSTARRICENSE CRT S.A issued a first e-mail confirmation on the dates requested. Within 15 days after receipt of this confirmation of travel, will be received by the client with the information of the flight number and exact date of arrival. Then get your firm booking by e-mail to your address (about 10 days) and the transaction is closed. After the expiry of 15 days in the absence of information on flights arriving, the option is exercised and the seats would be available again.

ARTICLE 7 – Testing

The booking confirmation will be archived on the company’s headquarters and will be considered as evidence of the nature of the Convention and its date.

Sales conditions

ARTICLE 1

The sales contract defines the rights and obligations of the parties in the circuit. We conclude the circuit full payment.

ARTICLE 2 – Order

NATURALEZA COSTARRICENSE CRT S.A Awaits you at the San Jose airport on arrival and Takes you to the end of the tour.

ARTICLE 3 – Payment

The passenger can adjust all or part of your tour by transfer to our bank account before his departure, he was invited here to contact us by email or by telephone at 00 (506) 2235-9393 (Costa Rica). You can also adjust your arrival in cash: Euro or U.S. dollar until the agreed price in the reserve. Note that the Euros are accepted at banks in Costa Rica. Before leaving, an audit is required with your bank to learn about your withdrawal options by credit card (ceiling). Note that we only accept Visa or MasterCard type. By setting your stay with credit card, you will be subject to a commission of around 4.5% on the total amount of your trip (expenses related to the terminal of our bank.)

ARTICLE 4 – The Tour

This tour is open to all, no major difficulties. National Tours Costa Rica is expected to follow the program on their website, but can lead to change the course of the visit or the itinerary for reasons beyond the organization (such as availability and access to a room of another kind: it means very clearly that as they undertake to respect the tour visible on the website, but not the meaning of their behavior), cancel a tour for security reasons or force majeure (eg, roads washed away or flooded) without compensation to be claimed. ARTICLE 5 – Superior Accommodations Category

Chalet (Little House), Cabins (cabin equipped) or hotels (comfortable and clean), based on two people per room if there is no specific condition has been agreed at the time of booking. Warning: If you want to enjoy a single room, it is imperative that we know the time of booking.

ARTICLE 6 – Right of entry and Visits

The entrance to national parks and museums are included in our formula (Except for the entrance of Tortuguero National Park in the context of an extension of 3 days / 2 nights).

ARTICLE 7 – Meals

This includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (on the basis of a main course and dessert) and a menu previously established by the organizer, please note that drinks are not included.

SECTION 8 –  Insurance

COSTA RICA NATURE CRT SA is insured against professional risks. However, it can not replace the personal responsibility of each client must be a starter. No other insurance is included in their transportation. We strongly recommend that the client is in possession of a security incident: emergency expenses and repatriation, medical, lost or stolen baggage. In case of disaster, Naturaleza Costarricense CRT SA would act possible.

ARTICLE 9 – Disputes

As for the conditions of the tour will proceed according to the laws and customs of Costa Rica.
